Starbucks

El martes pasado, Paco Melo, mi maestro de Imagen de Marca nos llevó a Starbucks (ja! suena como excursión de primaria :P, equis, el punto es que fuimos) nos dieron una exposición informal por parte del gerente de starbucks acerca de la imagen navideña, la cual me gusta mucho!

Los puntos a resaltar:

Gracias por el café y los pasteles gratis :P (se que no debería de ser el primer punto, pero es mi blog y lo es!, y más porque es starbucks GRATIS!!!)

Es tan impresionante como las franquicias son tan específicas con todo, me refiero por ejemplo al acomodo de los pasteles, de la mercancia etc. En todos los starbucks es el mismo acomodo!

Se hace un estudio de mercado para conocer los productos que los mexicanos quieren probar para la temporada, lo cual es bueno que pidan la opinión del cliente, pero lo malo es que se basan en lo que dicen los chilangos ¬¬, deberían de hacerlo a nivel nacional.

Todo el menú comestible de starbucks es congelado y lo más impresionante es que sabe recien hecho, eso si que es calidad.

Las dinámicas entre los empleados como las tarjetas de mandil, que consisten en tarjetas con varios temas que no recuerdo, que le escribes a tu compañero y se la dejas en el mandíl para cuando llegue se lo lea y sea un buen detalle que te ponga de buen humor :)

Un empleado de Starbucks puede tomar un café sentado en la tienda, porque ellos tienen el mismo derecho que el empleado pero no puede usar el mandíl, porque ese es para cuando estan trabajando.

Las recetas de café de starbucks son las mismas en todo el mundo, asi que una bebida te debe de saber igual aquí y en Tokio.

Lo que le encanta a Paco llamado branding 360 que es la experiencia que tiene el cliente con la marca es muy importante para starbucks, que viene en el manual navideño :P
